STUDENTS FIRST. ALWAYS.
WHOLE CHILD SUPPORT
Every student deserves to learn in an environment where they feel safe, valued, and supported. I will advocate for expanded behavioral health resources and wraparound services that address students' academic, emotional, and social needs so every child has the opportunity to succeed.
SUPPORT OUR TEACHERS
Great schools begin with great educators. I will work to recruit and retain exceptional teachers by advocating for competitive salaries that reflect Charleston's rising cost of living, while also investing in the professional support and resources teachers need to thrive.
STUDENTS FIRST
The best decisions are made by keeping students at the center while working in partnership with families and guardians. I believe parents are essential partners in education, and I will champion transparency, collaboration, and open communication to ensure every student has the support they need.
OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL
Every neighborhood school should offer students a well-rounded education that prepares them for life after graduation. I support expanding access to music, arts, career and technical education, and other hands-on learning opportunities so every student can discover their strengths and pursue their future with confidence.
